Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take wheat flour,1 tbsp clarified butter,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt and mix well..
* Step 2
Knead a soft dough with the help of water and keep aside for 30 mins.
* Step 3
Boil potatoes,peel and crush them.
* Step 4
Add ginger,garlic paste,green chilli,garam masala powder,red chilli powder, and mix well.
* Step 5
Add salt and roasted cumin seeds powder and coriander leaves and mix well
* Step 7
Now roll a dough just like chapati.
* Step 8
Spread the potato stuffing and roll it and seal the edges.
* Step 9
Keep in the fridge for an hour
* Step 10
Cut the pin wheel roti into three pieces.
* Step 11
Now dust the dry flour and roll out roti
* Step 12
On a heated pan make roti applying clarified butter on both the sides.
