Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add suji, all purpose flour.clarified butter and to get crumble texture.
* Step 3
Keep aside for 30 mins,make two balls out of it.
* Step 4
Roll down ball to thick roti shape, Then with knife cut into diamond shape
* Step 5
Heat oil and deep fry at low flame to light brown.
* Step 6
For syrup
Take sugar,water and one tbsp clarified butter in a pan
* Step 7
Stir continuously till it reaches one thread consistency.
* Step 8
Switch off the gas and add all fried shakarpara and mix well
