Pumpkin cake x rice flour without sugar
Accidentally I got over cooked pumpkin. The pumpkin was very sweet, so I didn't need to add sugar at all. Cinnamon or vanilla beans make sweeter!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
boiled or baked pumpkin with butter or any oil.
* Step 2
Mixed butter and beaten eggs. add cooked pumpkin afterwards.
* Step 3
Put rice flour and spices. Nuts as well, if you like.
* Step 4
Put dough in the tin. Bake in the oven (180 C about 30 min)
* Step 5
When it baked, ready to serve:)
