Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak basmati rice for 3 - 4 hours strain it and make a paste.
* Step 2
Take a bowl add rice paste,boiled and mashed potato,capsicum,carrot,green chilli,coriander leaves and salt and mix well and make a dough.
* Step 3
Divide the dough into balls.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rice ball until brown and crispy.
* Step 5
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
