Chicken kali mirch with chur chur naan

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For chicken kalimirch
Take a blender add whole black pepper,cloves,cardamom powder,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and one tbsp water and make a paste.
* Step 2
Add lemon juice and salt in this paste and mix well.
* Step 3
Marinate chicken with this paste and keep aside for an hour.
* Step 4
Heat clarified butter in a pan and add the chicken pieces cook in a slow flame. and cover it.
* Step 5
When cook on one side turn the side and spread the grated mozzarella cheese
* Step 6
Serve hot with chur chur naan
* Step 7
For chur chur naan
Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,wheat flour,sugar,salt,baking powder, clarified butter and milk and mix well

Make a soft dough with the help of warm milk.
* Step 10
Again knead the dough. and spread it.
* Step 11
Applying clarified butter and fold it.
* Step 13
Again spread the clarified butter and fold it.
* Step 14
Spread the clarified butter in layers in the dough.
* Step 15
Fold the dough will give flaky layers.
* Step 16
Cut the pieces of the dough with knife.
* Step 17
Take a ball spread some coriander leaves and onion seeds and roll out.
* Step 18
Sprinkle some water on the other side of the naan,so that it sticks on the tawa and place the naan.
* Step 19
After two mins hold the tawa sides and put it upside down the flame.

Grease the butter on the chur chur naan and crushed it.
* Step 22
The chur chur naan or layers of the naan is ready to eat.
* Step 23
Serve hot with chicken kali mirch.
