Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the sewai,almonds, and cashew nuts one by one and keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a bowl add water and half cup of sugar to make a syrup.
* Step 3
Add roasted sewai in the sugar syrup and cook until they soft.
* Step 4
Add cardamom powder and mix well
* Step 5
Garnish with,almonds,cashew nuts and silver varak
