Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the whole moong sprout and fenugreek sprout in pressure cooker,once cooled to grind coarsely

Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,dried mango powder / amchur powder,ginger,cumin seeds,onion,green chilli,coriander leaves and salt and mix well.

* Step 3

Now stuffing is ready

* Step 4

Take a large bowl add wheat flour,oats powder and salt and mix well.

* Step 5

With the help of water to make a soft dough.

* Step 6

Divide the dough into equal size balls.

* Step 7

Stuff the filling in the dough and roll out paratha.

* Step 8

On a heated pan make paratha applying clarifying butter on both the sides.

* Step 9

Serve hot.
