Sprout moong pancake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a blender add green chilli,ginger, and sprout moong dal and make a paste
* Step 2
Add rice flour,gram flour salt and cumin seeds and one cup of water to make pancake batter
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and add one spoon batter and spread it.
* Step 4
Drizzle one spoon oil on it.
* Step 5
Flip it after one mins and cook both the sides.
* Step 6
Serve hot with coconut chutney
