Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a large bowl add cottage cheese/paneer,sattu,green chilli,coriander leaves,garam masala powder amchur powder,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,bread slices,coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
* Step 2
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
* Step 3
Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
* Step 4
Grate the mozzarella cheese and stuff in the cottage cheese balls.
* Step 5
Take a bowl mix corn flour and little water and make a thick batter.
* Step 6
Dip the kabab into the corn flour batter and coat with sesame seeds
* Step 7
Heat oil in a non stick pan.
* Step 8
Place the kabab on the pan and shallow fry from both the sides.
