Mix vegetable masala khichdi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
* Step 2
Add whole garam masala to crackle.
* Step 3
Now add onion and saute till transparent
* Step 4
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
* Step 5
Add all veggies and mix well.
* Step 6
Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder and garam masala powder and mix well
* Step 7
Add chopped tomato and mix well
* Step 8
Add half cup of water and cook for 6 - 7 mins in low flame
* Step 9
Wash all dals and rice and strain it.
* Step 10
Add rice and dal in the pan add saute for three to four mins and transfer the masala mix veg khichdi toin the pressure cooker with three cup of water.
* Step 12
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
