1 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl add,all purpose flour,milk,one tbsp clarified butter,crushed cashewnuts and raisins and mix well.

Make a smooth batter.

* Step 3

In a medium flame in pan add sugar and water bring to boil bring into 1 string consistency.

Stir occasionaly

* Step 5

Add cardamom powder in it.

* Step 6

Heat the clarified butter in a pan,reduce the flame to medium.

* Step 7

Add one spoon batter and cook till golden brown flip in between

* Step 8

Strain and soak the malpua into the sugar syrup.

* Step 9

Garnish with silver vark

* Step 10

Serve hot.
