Chicken manchurian curry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,kashmiri red chilli powder,corn flour,rice flour,egg,black pepper powder and salt

* Step 2

Keep aside for half an hour.

* Step 3

After an hour heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken cubes until golden and crispy

* Step 4

Take a bowl add 2 tbsp corn flour,1 tsp soy sauce,1/2 tsp vinegar,red chilli sauce,a pinch black pepper powder,salt,sugar and 2 tbsp water and mix well.

* Step 5

Heat two tbsp oil in a pan,add chopped ginger,garlic and cook for one mins.

* Step 6

Add onion,capsicum and green chilli and mix well.

* Step 7

Add corn flour solution and two cup of water and cook for two mins

* Step 8

Now add chicken pieces and cook for five mins

* Step 9

Garnish with spring onion and serve with fried rice.
