Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil dal in a pressure cooker with 1/2 cup of water,salt and garlic pods.

* Step 2

After one whistle turn off the flame.

* Step 3

Heat dal in a pan with two cup of vegetable stock and black pepper powder and comes to boil.

* Step 4

When it boiled turn off the flame.

* Step 5

Garnish with coriander leaves and cream.

* Step 6

Serve hot
