* Step 1

Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for one hour then prepared raita.

Whisk the hang curd.

Add roasted cumin seeds salt and sugar powder and mix well.

* Step 4

Add ripe sliced banana and mix well

* Step 5

Serve chilled.
