Suji

1 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

. Take suji,salt and one cup of water in a pan.

* Step 2

. Let it cook and stir continuously

* Step 3

. After 2 min. mixture is thick.

* Step 4

. When it left the pan add 1 tsp oil,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix well.

* Step 5

Turn off the gas.

* Step 6

. After that grate the potato and mix in the suji mixture.

* Step 7

Add rice flour.

* Step 8

. Add Chopped coriander leaves and grated carrot and mix well.

* Step 9

. Mix well and make a dough.

* Step 10

. Set this mixture in the mold.

* Step 11

. Place in the fridge for an hour

* Step 12

. When it set de mold and cut in the pieces.
