Spinach and paneer

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the paneer / cottage cheese in cubes.
* Step 2
Sprinkle salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and mix well.
* Step 4
Add cottage cheese / paneer pieces and shallow fry it.
* Step 5
Heat olive oil in another pan.
* Step 6
Add spoon[inach and stir fry in a high flame till spinach absorb the water.
* Step 8
Add corn flour in the milk and add in the spinach.
* Step 9
Also add cinnamon,whole black pepper and salt and mix well.
* Step 10
Take a bowl add spinach,cottage cheese and red sauce
* Step 11
Bake 200 degree c. for 10 mins in a microwave.
* Step 12
Garnish with cottage cheese / paneer
