Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix maida and salt with the help of water to make a stiff dough.
* Step 2
Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.
* Step 3
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
* Step 4
Sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a rolling pin.
* Step 5
Heat the pan on a medium flame and make a half done roti
* Step 6
Heat the oil in a pan, put the mustard seeds and jeera seeds to sprinkle.
* Step 7
Add the onion till light brown.
* Step 8
. Now add thinely chopped veggies, stir well and saute for five minutes.
* Step 9
. Add soya sauce, black pepper and salt and switch off the gas.
* Step 10
Add the grated cheese in the veggie once it gets crunchy.
* Step 11
Now the stuffing gets ready.
* Step 12
Grease a pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame.
* Step 13
Put the stuffing in the half done roti and wrap it.
* Step 14
Roll it tightly and shallow fry from both the sides until golden brown.
* Step 15
. When the roll is ready cut into two or three pieces.
* Step 16
Serve hot with red chilli sauce
