Banana kofta curry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash banana and boil in a pressure cooker.

* Step 2

When cooker release the whistle switch of the gas.

* Step 3

Peel the skin of the banana and mash it.

* Step 4

Add green chilli,roasted besan,coriander leaves and salt and mix well.

* Step 5

You can make lemon size balls.

* Step 6

Heat oil for deep frying.

* Step 7

Deep fry for these balls until golden in colors.

* Step 8

Always cook in medium flame.

* Step 9

Drain extra oil.

* Step 10

For curry

* Step 11

Heat up remaining oil,add cumin seeds to crackle.

* Step 12

Add onion and saute till light brown

* Step 13

Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and add some water and saute 4 - 5 mins in a medium flame.

* Step 14

Add one cup of water and bring to boil,once boiled turn off the flame

* Step 15

Add banana kofta and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
