Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash moong dal/split and add in the pressure cooker with three cup of water.

* Step 2

When cooker release the whistle sim the flame for five mins.

* Step 3

Once cooled,mix the dal.

* Step 4

Heat clarified butter in a pan

* Step 5

Add spinach leaves,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin seeds powder and salt and mix well.

* Step 6

Cook spinach in slow flame for five mins

* Step 7

Add ready moong dal in the pan and mix well.

* Step 8

Add moong dal in the service bowl and tempered.

* Step 9

Heat clarified butter in a pan.

* Step 10

Add cumin seeds and garlic cloves fry till dark brown.

* Step 11

Tempered the dal,serve hot.
