Wheat flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut the spinach leaves and blanch it.

* Step 2

Soak the moong dal / lentils for an hour and grind coarsely.

* Step 3

In a kneading bowl add wheat flour, moong lentil / dal paste,spinach,salt red chilli powder and 2 tbsp oil and mix well.

* Step 4

Make a soft dough with the help of little water.

* Step 5

Take some dough and make into a ball and roll out into a puri size.

* Step 6

In a pan heat oil and add the kachori,lower the flame and fry till light brown.

* Step 7

Drain in paper napkin.

* Step 8

Serve hot.
