Chopped ginger

1/2 bowl

Chopped garlic

1/2 bowl

Corn

1/2 tsp

Mint powder

to taste

Salt

1 tbsp

Cream

1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat clarified butter in a pan

* Step 2

Add whole garam masala to crackle.

* Step 3

Add onion and fry till brown.

* Step 4

Add ginger garlic and saute for 2 - 3 mins.'

* Step 5

Add tomato puree and mix well.

* Step 6

Add spinach / palak puree and saute for 3 - 4 mins.

* Step 7

Add green chilli,red chilli powder,mint leaves and corn and mix well.

* Step 8

Serve hot with chapatis.
