Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate mutton with coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,hung curd,green chilli and salt.
* Step 2
Keep aside for 4 - 5 hours or over night.
* Step 3
Take a heavy bottom vessel
* Step 4
Add 1/2 cup oil and 2 tbsp clarified butter
* Step 5
Add cardamom,cinnamon,cloves,black pepper,black cardamom,bay leaf,shah jeera and fry it.
* Step 6
Add sliced onion and fry till brown.
* Step 7
Add marinated mutton and fry with onion.
* Step 8
Add kasuri methi,mint leaves,coriander leaves and 2 tbsp water and mix well
* Step 9
Add little salt and 2 cup of water and cover it.
* Step 10
Cook for 20 - 25 mins till done.
* Step 11
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
