Cooking instructions
* Step 1
We mashed the paneer / cottage cheese very well and make a soft an the smooth dough.
* Step 2
In non stick pan cook mango pulp and stir continuously till the mango pulp thickens.
* Step 3
Add paneer / cottage cheese and stir continuously till the mixture leaves the sides
* Step 5
Let once cooled add sugar powder,cardamom powder and mix well.
* Step 6
We knead it and make sandesh.
* Step 7
Garnish with almonds in the centre.
