Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the lentin (Dal) for 1/2 an hour
* Step 2
After 1/2 an hour pour the Dal in pressure cooker, add turmeric, Hing and salt and cook 1 whistle at high flame and 3 at low flame
* Step 3
Now take a wok add 2 table spoon ghee,mustard seeds, whole red chilli, Curry leaves, chana Dal, urad Dal
* Step 4
Add chopped onions, cucumber, tomato and saute for 1 min.
* Step 5
Add salt, red pepperika, lemon juice, sambhar masala, now add cooked dal mix well and cook for 1 min sambhar is ready
