Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok add ghee, onion paste and ginger paste and cook for 3 minutes
* Step 2
Add green peas and cook for 2 minutes
* Step 3
Add milk, cashew+ khus khus paste
* Step 4
Add methi leaves, salt, sugar, black pepper, and garam masala and mix well
* Step 5
After 2 minutes add fresh cream and mix well
* Step 6
Again cook for 2 minutes, methi mtar malai is ready
