milk

300 gram

ghee

300 gram

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean wash and soak daal for 6 hours

* Step 2

Add milkaddSoak saffron in 1/4 cup milk

* Step 3

Addadd Blend daal in mixi coarsly

* Step 4

CooIn a pan add ghee and daal and cook daal on low flame till golden brown

* Step 5

Stir continuously add milk when daal cooked

* Step 6

Stir and mix milk cook till milk absorbed

* Step 7

Add sugar cardmon powder saffron and chopped nuts

* Step 8

Cook for some time and our halwa is ready

* Step 9

Garnish with pista and serve
