Ingredient

2 cups

wheat flour

1 tbsp

yeast

1 tbsp

sugar

1/2 tsp

salt

1/4 cup

oil

as required

Milk for brushing

2 tsp

rosemary

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take flour and salt in a bowl Soak yeast in lukewarm water.

* Step 2

Add sugar in it and let it bloom.

* Step 3

Give a good mix.

* Step 4

At the end oil it and mix it again.

Make loose dough and knead it for 4 mins.

Cover with tea towel and keep at warm place.

For filling:

Heat oil add paneer.

And other spices.

Add rosemary.

When dough doubles divide it in equal parts.

Fill them with filling like kachauri.

Carefully seal and make ball.

Keep these balls in baking tray and cover again for 20 mins.

Brush milk and sprinkle sesame seeds

Add buttermilk and yeast.

Bake for 20 to 25 mins at 200 degree.

Serve hot.
