#momslove Samosa is all time favourite snacks of us..This is my mom's recipe which is healthy also.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in pan add jeera,finger and green chilli

* Step 2

Saute them and add potato

* Step 3

Cook it and add cucumbet

* Step 4

And sports, cashews and raisins

* Step 5

Add spice and lemon juice

* Step 6

Our stuffing is ready

* Step 7

Take ragi and water in a pan

* Step 8

And stir,cook for 3 min.remove from heat

* Step 9

Add remining flour,carrom seeds and salt

* Step 10

Make dough and grade with oil

* Step 11

Now take fry flour and roll down dough

* Step 12

Put in in mould and fill with filling

* Step 13

Cover other side and press

* Step 14

Make samosa like this way

* Step 15

Fry them in oil

* Step 16

Our samosa are ready

* Step 17

Serve with mayo
