Cooking instructions

Add onion and garlic and saute little

Heat butter in pan add flour

As it change colour add little milk and stir

Mix finely then add some more milk and whisk

Finally add remaining milk and whisk to remove lumps

Add cheese,salt and pepper

When it become medium consistency near thickness our cheese sauce is ready

Serve sauce in bowl and add sauce
