Ingredient

beans

1/4 cup

carrot

1/4 cup

onion

1 tbsp

vinegar

1 tbsp

butter

1 tsp

oil

as per taste

Salt

1.5 cup

milk

1 tbsp

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat butter in a pan

* Step 2

Add onion and garlic and saute little

* Step 3

Add beans and carrot

* Step 4

Add bell peppers and corn

* Step 5

Stir fry all veggies

* Step 6

Add spices and red chilli sauce

* Step 7

Lastly add vinegar and mix all of them

* Step 8

Save 1/4 cup for topping

* Step 9

Then add boiled rice and mix finely

* Step 10

Our rice are ready

For cheese sauce---

* Step 12

Heat butter in pan add flour

* Step 13

Roast flour in butter

* Step 14

As it change colour add little milk and stir

* Step 15

Mix finely then add some more milk and whisk

* Step 16

Finally add remaining milk and whisk to remove lumps

* Step 17

Add cheese,salt and pepper

* Step 18

When it become medium consistency near thickness our cheese sauce is ready

* Step 19

Serve sauce in bowl and add sauce
