Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take besan in a bowl and add watermelon juice,salt and ginger paste
* Step 2
Whisk finely to avoid lumps
* Step 3
Now cook it in microwave fir 3 min.
* Step 5
Again cook for 2 min.stir it
* Step 7
Then check that it start leave plate
* Step 8
Then spread it on aluminium foil or baking sheet
* Step 9
Let it cool then make roll
* Step 11
Make tadka and temper upon khandvi
