Peas stuffed ragi parantha

#stuffed delights We all know that rahi is healthy flour. These yummy ragi parantha with peas stuffing are super delicious.

Ingredient

fennel seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water in pan

* Step 2

Add oil and salt in it

* Step 3

Then add ragi flour after boil water

* Step 4

And mix finely

* Step 5

Cover and keep on gas for 5 min.

* Step 6

Then take it out upon work place Let it cool and make dough with hands

* Step 7

Keep it covered for 10 min.

* Step 8

Take boil peas and green chilli in mixi and grind coarsely

* Step 9

Heat oil and add mustard and fennel seeds

* Step 10

Add peas mix and cook

* Step 11

Add salt and lemon juice

* Step 12

Divide ragi dough in equal parts

* Step 13

Take plastic sheet and take one ragi ball and cover with other sheet

* Step 14

And roll down

* Step 15

Take round lid and cut it for fine shape

* Step 16

Make one more same size

* Step 17

Spread peas filling upon one part and cover with other

* Step 18

And prick sidings with fork

* Step 19

Now cook on heated tawa with oil or ghee

* Step 20

Cook it for some time

* Step 21

Serve with pickle,curd or chutney
