We all know that rahi is healthy flour. These yummy ragi parantha with peas stuffing are super delicious.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions

Then add ragi flour after boil water

Cover and keep on gas for 5 min.

Then take it out upon work place
Let it cool and make dough with hands

Keep it covered for 10 min.

Take boil peas and green chilli in mixi and grind coarsely

Heat oil and add mustard and fennel seeds

Divide ragi dough in equal parts

Take plastic sheet and take one ragi ball and cover with other sheet

Take round lid and cut it for fine shape

Spread peas filling upon one part and cover with other

And prick sidings with fork

Now cook on heated tawa with oil or ghee
* Step 21
Serve with pickle,curd or chutney
