Potato filled flower bread

#2019 This is a delicious flower bread with potato filling.Beautiful,yummy and lovely.

Ingredient

butter

1/4 cup

milk

1 tsp

salt

1 tsp

flakes

1 tsp

paprika

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt butter and add egg and milk in it

* Step 2

Add oil and whisk all of them

* Step 3

Sieve flour and baking powder and add milk mix

* Step 4

Add two drops of yellow colour and make dough

* Step 5

Keep aside it covered

* Step 6

Grate potatoes

* Step 7

Heat oil add onion and saute

* Step 8

Add potato and mix well

* Step 9

Add all spices and mix our filling is ready

* Step 10

Divide dough in 3 parts

* Step 11

Take 1 part and flatten in palm

* Step 12

Fill with stuffing and cover all sides like kachauri

* Step 13

Bake a ball and press a little

* Step 14

Take a knife and make cuts to all sides in round

* Step 15

Leave central part as it is

* Step 16

Join to cuts and give shape them of leaves

* Step 17

Give egg wash and in center fill black jeera

* Step 18

Bake for 30 min. At 180 degree

* Step 19
