Mango rosy kulfi with falooda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut mango and make a puree,Add milk and add sugar,Blend in mixi

* Step 2

Add milk made

* Step 3

Again blend in mixi and add almond flakes,Add Cardamom powder

* Step 4

Pour mixture in kulfi mould and freeze for 8 hours

* Step 5

Soak sabja seeds

* Step 6

Boil noodles and keep aside

* Step 7

To make noodles pink add 1/2sppon rose syrup

* Step 8

Cut fruits

* Step 9

Serve fruits first in serving plate

* Step 10

Serve sabja seeds both the sides

* Step 11

Serve noodles outsides

* Step 12

Demould kulfi

* Step 13

Serve fruits on the top

* Step 14

Drizzle rose syrup

* Step 15

Decorate with mint leaves and serve cold
