Fruity rice muthia (Sweet and sour)

#leftover This is amazing leftover recipe.I made 7 types of fruit pulao .Leftover pulao is there so I make muthia with fruity rice.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

30 mins
1 cup

besan

1/2 cup

Dalia

as needed

leaves Mint

1 tbsp

lemon juice

as needed

Salt

1/2 tsp

garam masala

1/2 tsp

jeera powder

1 tsp

oil

1/2 tsp

hing

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take ginger,chop chilli and besan in a bowl

* Step 2

Add fruity rice,besan,Dalia and methi

* Step 3

And all spices

* Step 4

Add sesame seeds and lemon juice

* Step 5

Now grease palms and make rolls of this dough

* Step 6

Grease tray and steam them

* Step 7

When cooked take them out and cut in small pieces

* Step 8

Then make tadka by all given ingredients

* Step 9

And tadka on muthila

* Step 10

Garnish with grapes and apple and pomegranate seeds

* Step 11

Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with chutney
