Tricolour paneer roll with salad and mayo

I am presenting most healthiest rolls today full of nutrients and protin.lot of veggies we can give our kids along with other family members because health is wealth.these colourful rolls are yummy and tasty.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 1 cup flour add beet puree and salt with oil and make dough
* Step 2
Take 3/4 flour and add palak puree,salt and oil make a dough
* Step 3
Take remaining 1/2 cup flour and add carrot,haldi,salt,oil and make dough
* Step 4
Make a long role of carrot dough
* Step 5
Take palak dough and roll down to wrap carrot role in it
* Step 6
Put carrot role in it and cover with palak dough
* Step 7
Take beet dough and roll down bigger then palak dough
* Step 8
Put carrot palak roll in it and cover with beet dough
* Step 10
Press a little and make thin Roti's like tortia
* Step 11
Heat oil in pan add jeera hing and onion
* Step 12
Saute and add bell peppers
* Step 13
Now add paneer and all spices and sauce
* Step 14
Take tricolour torta and apply green chutney upon it
* Step 17
Sizzle mayo and serve with salad
