Rice Soup with meatballs, is a tasty starter recipe that can be enjoyed in any season.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix minced beef/lamb with grated onion, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Using your hand and knead until well combined and then, shape meat mixture into small balls.
* Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan and fry meatballs until golden brown and set aside.
* Step 3
Add rice, water, oil, diced onion, into a pot. Bring it to the boil.
* Step 4
Then, add tomato paste, chicken stocks and season with salt and pepper. Give a stir. Reduce the heat and simmer the soup 30 minutes
* Step 5
10 minutes before soup is ready, stir in chopped coriander and dill leaves and also meatballs. And cook for another 10 minutes.
* Step 6
Serve the soup with buttered bread and enjoy it.
