potato salad is one of the simplest dishes but very tasty. It is made from boiled potatoes with tens of other ingredients. Potato salad is an ideal dish for parties or as a light meal for lunch or dinner. This salad is served cold. As I mentioned above, variety of ingredients can be added to this salad, such as chicken, tuna, sausages, herbs and vegetables. First of all, add shredded chicken meat, chopped onion, grated eggs, potatoes and pickled cucumbers into a large bowl and combine together.
