Paratha bread
Paratha flat bread is a beautiful, delicious pan fried Indian naan. It is my first time that i baked Paratha bread and it was amazingly tasty bread.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a big bowl, mix flour with salt.
* Step 3
Add water little by little until you make sure is enough to make a dough. Combine well together and make the dough.
* Step 4
Cover the dough with a kitchen cloth and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
* Step 5
After 30 minutes, divide the dough into 4 balls.
* Step 7
Put one dough on a floured surface.
* Step 8
Roll it out by rolling pin.
* Step 9
Spread ghee all over the dough.
* Step 10
Sprinkle flour top of it.
* Step 11
Fold the dough into think layers.
* Step 12
Roll it (as you see in the photos).
* Step 17
Brush them with melted ghee.
* Step 18
Put them in the fridge for 30 minutes rest.
* Step 19
Again using rolling pin, roll the dough out.
* Step 21
Place the dough into the pan. Cover it with ghee.
* Step 22
Bake one side, and flip over to bake other side.
* Step 23
While it is baking you would see layers of bread, it is so beautiful.
