Garlic knots
I have baked these beautiful garlic knots with my homemade pizza dough. But you can get pizza dough from supermarket or just as I mentioned make your own dough as I did.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl with flour, add salt and mix it.
* Step 2
Add yeast to 325ml lukewater.
* Step 3
Pour it on flour and mix until you have dough. If it is sticky, add some flour.
* Step 5
Dusting bottom of a bowl with flour or semolina flour, and place dough in the bowl.
Cover it with a towel and let to rest for 2-3 hours in room temperature until doubled in size.
* Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Then put ball pizza dough on a floured surface.
* Step 8
Flattening dough and with a cutter, cut dough into strips.
* Step 9
Take strips one by one and roll them (wrap around and twist). Place them in a baking tray and let to bake for about 10-15 minutes.
* Step 10
If it's difficult to warp them, just simply give them ball shape.
* Step 12
Place them in a baking tray and let to bake for about 10-15 minutes.
* Step 13
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix chopped parsley with grated garlic and melted butter.
* Step 17
Once bread is ready, immediately, transfer bread knots in a bowl and pour butter mixture all over the bread. Toss together, season with salt and stir well.
