Venison sausages risotto
Risotto is a very delicious rice which is combination of rice with lots of different ingredients. Risotto is served as a main course or sometimes serves along with other meals. For preparing risotto you need certain risotto rice that is different from Iranian rice, because risotto rice is a kind of short- fat grain white rice.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut Venison sausages into small pieces, fry them to until cooked.
* Step 2
Heat the pan, add 25 g of butter and olive oil, let butter to melt. Add chopped onions and celery, let they cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, and stir it.
* Step 5
And 200 ml of dissolved beef stock to the fried onions, rice and celery.Keep stirring all the time. Allow to cook for next 8-10 minutes
* Step 6
Then, add grated Parmesan cheese and thyme to the rice, still stir it. After 5 minutes, add next 200 ml of beef stock and fried Venison sausages. Cover the pot with a lid and allow simmer it for 10 minutes more over low hear. It is ready.
* Step 11
