My Persian style home made burger
Very easy and tasty with 3 different sauces.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Finely grate 2 onions. Squeeze out onion juice.
* Step 2
In a bowl with grated meat, add turmeric, grated onions and, season with salt and chilli powder.
* Step 4
Take small portion of meat and give a round shape. Heat the oil and fry burgers until both sides are cooked.
* Step 5
Heat the oil and fry burgers until both sides are cooked.
* Step 6
Cut the onion lengthwise.
* Step 8
Cut the tomato into thin round slices. fry it.
* Step 9
Garnish burgers with fried onions. Serve it with mustard sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise sauce.
