Herbed rice with potatoes
This steamed rice with aromatic herbs, spices and potatoes is incredibly delicious.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan, melt the butter, ad fennel seeds, pomegranate seeds or molasses, ginger/garlic paste and chili flakes. Fry for 1 minute, set aside.
* Step 2
Saute chopped herbs for 5 minutes.
* Step 6
Pomegranate sauce to the sauteed herbs and season with salt. Gently stir.
* Step 7
Cover the pot with a lid and cook the rice.
