* Step 1
Cook rice and vegitables in presuure cooker. Make tadaka of cooked vegitables and tomato, bayleaf.
* Step 2
Grinde spices in mixer with mint leaves, add the paste to vegitables tadaka. Add salt, lemon juice, rice.
* Step 3
Mix everything well on sim fire Mint veggies rice is ready. Transe to serving plate.
