Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep all ingredients ready. Mix all ingredients except oil and chilli.

* Step 2

Make to thick batter consistency. Heat the oil in kadai. Dip chillis in batter. Put in hot oil in kadai.

* Step 3

Deep fry well on both sides on sim heat. Transe to serving plate.Mirchi is ready to eat-enjou with tea.
