Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the noodles, drain excess water, sprinkle corn flour and toss. Heat the oil in kadai and deep fry noodles till they become crispy and remove from oil.
* Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, spring onions, saute well. Addother chopped vegitables, saute till they are soft.
* Step 3
Add water, corn flour, salt black pepper, soya sauce, tomato sauce, boil them well. Turn off gas soup is ready, transe to serving bowl, along with fried noodles.
