Simple combo of veggies in gravy with rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all processed ingredients ready. Heat the oil in a pan crackle mustard, cumin seeds. Add curry leaves, onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic turmeric saute well.
* Step 2
Add carrot beans and potato saute till they are soft. Add water and cook.Once cooked add garam masala and salt mix well. Vegitable sagu is ready. Serve with hot rice.
