Steamy healthy tokris made from jowar atta.Locally it is called 'Battalu Kadabu'

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all your ingredients ready. Boil the water. Mix jowar atta, salt, ajwan, spring onions and pour hot water. Mix well without forming lumps.
* Step 2
Add little cold waterband Knead the dough well. Make small balls from dough and give tokri shape.
* Step 3
Steame tokris in steamer for 6 minutes on medium flame, turn off gas and leave it for 2-3minutes. Open the stamer. Cooked jowar tokris are ready.
* Step 4
Transe to serving plate. Put ghee over tokris. It can be eaten with sauce, sprinkle chilli and pepper flakes over it. Hot steamed Jowar Tokris are ready to eat.
