Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all basic ingredients ready. Wash and chopped all vegetables and apple into long pieces except spinach.
* Step 2
Grinde soaked cashews to paste in mixer and add salt, lemon, jeeravan masala, mix well.
* Step 3
Take spinach leaf, spread paste on one portion of leaf and fold. Keep cut veggies and apple piece on it and roll gently, and make it stand as shown in picture.
* Step 4
Sprinkle coriander leaves over the roll salad. SPINACH ROLL SALAD IS READY TO SERVE. Transfer to serving tray.
