* Step 1
Keep all ingredients ready, soak poha in water for five minutes and drain it later withe help of strainer.
* Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan, season with musterd, termeric. Add onion, chillis, potato and carrot-saute till they become soft. Add poha, salt, lemon juice mix well. Turn off gas sprinkle coriander. VEGITABLE POHA UPMA IS READY TO EAT.
