#goldenapron #week18 (01julu19 to 07july19) Quick and easy side dish for chapati, Dosa.

Ingredient

500 grams

chopped Onions

1 inch

Tamarind

1 tsp

Temeric

1 tsp

Salt

1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds

1/2 tsp

Mustard

1 tsp

Basen

1tsp

Gram Dal

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep all ingredients ready. Coarsely grind coconut, cumin seeds and tamarind in mixer.

* Step 2

Heat the oil in pan season with mustard, gram dhal, temeric, add onions and fry till they turn brown on sim heat. Add salt, grinde coconut mixture, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Basen and fresh coriander, mix everything well. Cook on sim heat for 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Transe to serving plate. ONION SUBZI IS READY TO SERVE.
